TR Group has always been about our customers, and our position going forward hasn’t changed one bit.

It’s vital that we not only understand what our customers want from us, but that we understand it too and present a brand image in a unified and consistent manner. Our brand image is our most precious asset. As a visual expression of the company and our staff, our brand identifies us and expresses the quality of our services, products and steadfast reputation for excellence in everything we do. Consistent and proper usage of the brand image is essential, therefore any variation diminishes the identity of TR Group.

Consistency is the key to any brand. When there’s a single unified corporate identity, and a cohesive strategy behind it, then a business knows exactly who it is and what it does, and so do its customers. When there are different pay off lines, different ways to use the logo and even different colours, then a brand can look a little mixed up. 

As TR Group continues to grow from strength to strength, we believe that now is the right time to revitalize the look and feel of our brand. We know who we are and what we do, and we need to be able to communicate that across the board as consistently and effectively as possible. Once we do that, we’ll be even more successful than we are now, and that has to be a good thing for every member of the TR Group team.
