How do I place an order?
Every product page has an order form which you complete. Once you hit the "send" button your order will be processed.

Every order has an automated function that sends an alert whenever an order is placed.
How soon will I get a response?
Usually with 24 hours you will receive an email confirming your order and that the job is being processed
Can I ship my orders to different TR offices outside Auckland?
Of course. All orders that need to be distributed across New Zealand will be couriered with a track and trace number.

How do I approve the artwork and why is this required?
For the sake of brand consistency, all artwork must be approved before production begins. Especially if alterations are requested, such as name changes on business cards.
How long does it take to complete an order?
This depends on the job that is requested. We will always advise you of the expected delivery date and we will endeavour to consistently deliver as agreed.
How can I view bigger images of what I'm going to order?
Simply click on the image thumbnail and a window will open to show the bigger image.
How do I get a free slab of chocolate?
